Our Executive Team
Gary Weiss
Chief Executive OfficerGary Weiss heads The CE Shop as Chief Executive Officer, bringing decades of experience in growing and transforming cutting-edge organizations. Just a few of his most notable professional accomplishments include ushering in double-digit growth as the Chief Operating Officer at Aspen Technology and leading CA Technologies to market leadership as a Senior Vice President. Gary is passionate about philanthropy and sustainability, and currently resides in Florida with his four children, five horses, and three dogs.
Dan Harris
PresidentDan Harris has been a member of The CE Shop team since 2016, stepping into the role of President in 2021. Dan has led the company to numerous awards and accolades over the years, including RISMedia’s esteemed Newsmaker Award. He has long been a champion of The CE Shop Foundation, which provides backpacks filled with food to children at 72 schools in the Denver area. In his free time, Dan enjoys hiking, cycling, and otherwise exploring the outdoors in his home state of Colorado.
Tom McDermott
Chief Financial OfficerTom McDermott joined The CE Shop as Chief Financial Officer in 2021 after finding success at several Private Equity backed and Fortune 500 companies. His desire to work with the best and brightest instantly attracted him to The CE Shop. He prioritizes a culture of communication, mutual respect, and consistency, and feels strongly about the power of The CE Shop’s Core Values. When not working, Tom can be found at an Atlanta ballpark or batting cage, coaching his four childrens’ baseball teams.
Xavier Chaillot
Chief Corporate Development OfficerXavier Chaillot serves as The CE Shop’s Chief Corporate Development Officer. A highly nimble professional, Xavier has extensive expertise in sales, marketing, engineering, business operations, and corporate development. He was instrumental in executing The CE Shop’s first-ever acquisition within his first few months at the company. Xavier is passionate about fighting food scarcity, working closely with his local food bank to provide meals for those in need, and enjoys music, rugby, and spending time with his English Bulldog, Olaf.
Rebecca Turco
Executive Vice President & General ManagerRebecca Turco serves as The CE Shop’s Executive Vice President and General Manager. Rebecca touts an extensive background in innovation, product strategy, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. She champions collaboration, authentic values, and trustworthy leadership, and holds a board position with Quandary Game, a nonprofit focused on ethical decision-making. In her free time, Rebecca can be found seeking outdoor adventure with her Vizsla puppy, Indie.
BJ Enoch
Digital Marketing DirectorBJ Enoch, The CE Shop’s Digital Marketing Director, has had a hand in the organization’s digital presence since 2016. He brings extensive expertise in digital marketing leadership and growth, and values The CE Shop’s approach to scalability without losing its focus on culture. BJ is passionate about Project Healing Waters, a nonprofit that provides rehabilitation services to veterans and active-duty military personnel. As a Colorado local, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing, and golfing with his wife and son.
Liz Meitus
Vice President of Communications and BrandLiz Meitus serves as The CE Shop’s Vice President of Communications and Brand, applying her extensive track record of success in bringing a holistic approach to building brand and business. Liz’s decades-long career has taken her from working in creative direction to becoming an expert in brand management, marketing strategy for go-to-market rollouts, global campaigns, and communications and analyst relations. She joined The CE Shop after 4 years at Webroot and 2 years from acquiree OpenText, where she most recently served as Senior Director of Global Campaigns and Creative Strategy. Liz has a strong belief that interpersonal dynamism is the key to business growth, and she’s excited to help The CE Shop expand its footprint as the leader in professional education. In addition to her roles as a marketer and a mother, Liz has many other self-proclaimed titles, including paddleboarder, camper, at-home chef, fearless painter and mixed-media artist, and meditation teacher. Liz holds a BA in Visual Communications from the University of Kansas.
